ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for 
processing before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email 
with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note these are estimates. While we work hard to meet 
these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier 
issues or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING TIMES
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days from the date your 
order ships. Combined with processing time, you can expect your 
order to arrive within 8-14 business days of placing it.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by 
email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to 
update after you receive this email.

ORDER ISSUES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or 
if you have any concerns about your shipment, contact us at 
hello@velulla.com and we'll look into it right away.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are 
not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address 
provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing 
your order, contact us immediately at hello@velulla.com and 
we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
