full no need to send anything back, no restocking fee, no 
hard feelings.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at 
hello@velulla.com within 30 days of delivery. Let us know how 
your experience went, and we'll process your refund to your 
original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact 
us immediately at hello@velulla.com with photos of the issue. 
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery 
window (9-14 business days from shipping confirmation), or you 
have any other concern, reach out to hello@velulla.com and we'll 
sort it out.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method 
within 5-10 business days. Processing times after that depend 
on your bank or card provider.
